How to change the font in Claude

Updated

Short answer

On claude.ai, click your initials in the lower left, open Settings → Appearance and choose a Chat font: Default, Match System or Dyslexic Friendly. For text size, use browser zoom. For other typefaces, such as serif, monospace, pixel or typewriter, use an extension like ChatTheme.

Use more fonts

ChatTheme sets the font as part of each theme and lets you change it in the Customize tab: serif, monospace, VT323 terminal, pixel, ChicagoFLF (classic Mac), Courier Prime typewriter, Tahoma-style and more. Fonts are bundled in the extension, nothing loads from the web, and text contrast stays at 4.5:1 or better.
